Hiran Education and Students Development Association (HESDA) successfully conducted a training on “Strengthening Advocacy Skills – Increasing Women’s Representation in Political and Decision-Making Platforms” at Darasalam Hotel in Beledweyne.
The training brought together 20 participants, including 11 female and 9 male participants, with the aim of strengthening advocacy, leadership, and mentorship skills to support women’s participation in leadership and decision-making processes.
Participants engaged in interactive discussions on gender equality, women’s empowerment, inclusive leadership, and the importance of community collaboration in promoting equal representation.
