We successfully conducted a “Promoting Gender Equality and Inclusive Environment for Women’s Leadership” training aimed at strengthening women’s participation in leadership, decision-making, and community development”.
The session brought together passionate young leaders, community members, and stakeholders to discuss the importance of gender equality, inclusion, and creating opportunities for women to lead with confidence and impact.
Through interactive discussions and knowledge-sharing, participants explored challenges facing women in leadership and practical ways to promote equal participation in society and governance.
