Hiraan Education and Students Development Association (HESDA), in partnership with **ActionAid* and *Postcode Active Trust / Postcode Lottery, proudly conducted a landmark **Training and Workshop for Key Stakeholders* focused on combating *Gender Biases and Discrimination* in the Hiran Region.
*🎯 PURPOSE*
To equip key stakeholders with the knowledge, tools, and frameworks necessary to *identify, challenge, and eliminate gender biases and discriminatory practices* within their communities and institutions.
*📌 SESSION HIGHLIGHTS*
▪️ Established clear *Ground Rules for Discussion* promoting respect, confidentiality, equal voice, and practical commitment
▪️ Engaged key community stakeholders in *honest, solutions-focused dialogue*
▪️ Created a *safe and inclusive space* where every participant’s voice was heard and valued
▪️ Strengthened participants’ capacity to *recognize and address gender discrimination*
▪️ Fostered commitment to *actionable change* at the community and institutional level
